Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience

  • Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, promotions, and industry updates

  • Collaborate with team members to create outstanding travel experiences and build long-term client relationships

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience; travel industry experience is a plus

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Comfortable using computers, booking platforms, and social media tools

  • Passion for travel, customer service, and helping others create memorable experiences

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn and grow within the travel industry

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and reservation systems such as Expedia, Amadeus, or similar tools

  • Sales, customer retention, or upselling experience is a plus
